Study of medium-spin states of neutron-rich ^{87, 89, 91}Rb isotopes

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²⁴Sn(⁹⁶Zr, f), (⁹⁶Zr, x)^87,89,91Rb, E=530 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ of fission fragments γ-ray decay; ¹⁷⁶Yb(³⁶S, x), (³⁶S, f)^87,89,91Rb, E=230 MeV; measured thick target Eγ, Iγ of fission fragments γ-ray decay. ^87,89,91Rb; deduced γ-ray energy spectrum, new scheme of levels, Jπ, (up to 6423 keV (27/2)⁺ state), γ-ray transitions; calculated multipolarities, energy differences between (5/2)^- and (3/2)^- states for odd-A Rb isotopes using spherical shell-model and cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky-Bogoliubov approach.
