NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(86Kr, X), E=60.4 MeV/nucleon; measured ΔE, Bρ and TOF to separate reaction products using LISE2k spectrometer, Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, delayed γ, half-lives of isomers by (ion)γ(t) at GANIL facility. 75Cu; deduced levels, B(M1), B(E2) for proposed level-scheme scenarios. Systematics of level energies and B(M1), B(E2) in 69,71,73,75Cu. Comparison with shell-model calculations using jj4b, JUN45 and SMI effective interactions.
