NUCLEAR REACTIONS 11B(3He, d)12C, E=25 MeV from K130 cyclotron of University of Jyvaskyla; measured E(d), I(d), σ(θ) using three sets ofDE-E silicon and Si(Li) detector telescopes. 12C; deduced levels, IAS, J, π, proton halo in the corresponding IASs of 12N from MDM analysis; analyzed a triplet of IASs with isospin T=1 in 12B, 12C, and 12N nuclei and compared their rms radii. Comparison with theoretical calculations in the framework of coupled-reaction channels (CRC) method for direct proton transfer to the bound and unbound states using the code FRESCO.

Neutron halos in the excited states of 12B

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 11B(d, p), (d, d), E=21.5 MeV; measured proton and deuteron spectra, elastic differential σ(θ), differential σ(θ) for the g.s., and low-spin states of 12B using ΔE-E detector telescopes at the University of Jyvaskyla K130 cyclotron facility. 12B; deduced levels, J, π, reduced widths, spectroscopic factors, asymptotic normalization coefficients, rms neutron radii, neutron halos, and radial single-particle neutron wave functions. Comparison with compound-nucleus and coupled-reaction-channel (CRC) analysis within the Hauser-Feshbach formalism of the statistical compound-nucleus model. Systematics of rms matter radii and halo radii in 9,11Be, 12B, 13,14C.
