E(level): From a least-squares fit to γ-ray energies, assuming ΔEγ=1 keV for integer Eγ values and 0.5 keV otherwise if not given, unless otherwise noted.

Jπ(level): For weak β feedings (<0.5% or so), possible Jπ values from log ft alone, include those for first-forbidden unique transitions.
