E(level): From least squares fit to Eγ’s
Jπ(level): For levels above 2500 and populated in (HI,xnγ) only, the Jπ’s are generally from (probable) band assignments. γ(θ) or γγ(θ) data were probably used also by the authors (1989Gr21,1988Ka28,1982Pi01) but details of such measurements are not available in the published literature
T1/2(level): From ΔS(a) and/or RDDS methods in (HI,xnγ) for all excited states. RDDS is an abbreviation for recoil-distance Doppler shift method
