E(level): From a least-squares fit to Eγ data

Jπ(level): For levels populated only in reactions leading to the population of high-spin (J>3) levels, when no Jπ argument is given, the assignment is based on γγ(θ)(DCO) data in (30Si,2αnγ), and possible band assignment. Ascending spins are assumed as the excitation energy increases which is generally supported by the yrast nature of level population in heavy-ion fusion reactions as well as decay pattern of levels

T1/2(level): For high-spin (J>4) states, values are from ΔS(a) or RDDS in (HI,xnγ), unless otherwise specified
