E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s

Jπ(level): For levels populated in (HI,xnypγ) only, when no Jπ argument is given, the assignment is from possible band assignment which is probably from γ(θ), γγ(θ) data of different authors but details of such measurements are not available except for selected transitions from 1981We07 and 1977Be18. Ascending spins are assumed as the excitation energy increases which is generally supported by the decay pattern of levels

T1/2(level): Recoil-distance Doppler shift method is abbreviated as RDDS
