General Comments:

Levels: Low spin levels follow the spin assignment of 72Kr ε decay. The spin assignment for the remaining levels is based on 40Ca(36Ar,3pnγ). The spin assignments among the heavy-ion studies are often contradictory. We have followed the latest and most comprehensive of them.

Q-value: Note: Current evaluation has used the following Q record -5129 101.01×104 6 3215 9 -2.60×1034 2009AuZZ
