  1213.53(5/2,7/2)- 4.3 ps 4  E(level): Doublet with a spacing of less than 15 keV suggested in 70Z(pol t,α). Systematics suggest that these may have Jπ=5/2- and 7/2-. σ(θ) cannot differentiate between these two Jπ and analyzing-power data do not agree with either assignments although Jπ=5/2- level appears to be more strongly populated.
