a) Adopted Jπ’s for all other levels are from L(d,p) data or from shell model calculations and level systematics in (HI,xnγ).

b) L=2 reported in 64Ni(α,3He) is in disagreement with all other data.

I(γ): Relative photon branching from each level are given. Data are from 64Ni(n,γ) E=th, 65Co β- decay or (HI,xnγ)

Additional Gamma Comments:

E(level)E(gamma)Comments
    63.37    63.36M(γ): from α≈5 in (n,γ) mult=E1+M2 or M1+E2 with large δ or E2+M3 with small δ. RUL rules out M2 and known Jπ change rules out M1. Thus mult=(E2) or (E2+M3) with δ<1×10-4.
