E(level): Levels with uncertainties |>10 keV are from 64Ni(d,p) data. Other level energies are from a least-squares fit to Eγ data, except as noted. An Eγ uncertainty of 1 keV has been assumed by the evaluators where necessary in the performance of the least-squares fit.
E(γ): From 64Ni(n,γ) E=th and 65Co β- decay, except for the 63γ which is from 64Ni(d,pγ)
I(γ): Relative photon branching from each level are given. Data are from 64Ni(n,γ) E=th, 65Co β- decay or (HI,xnγ)
