E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ data for levels populated in γ-ray studies. In other cases weighted averages are taken of values available from different reactions. Many additional levels are reported in unpublished (p,γ) work of 1971PoZP, that are not included here
Jπ(level): In particle-transfer reactions, target Jπ=7/2- for 41Ca in (α,p), 43Ca in (3He,d) and 45Sc in (p,d), (d,t) and (3He,α) reactions, Jπ=0+- for 42Ca in (α,d), 44Ca in (p,n) and (3He,t), 46Ti in (p,3He) and (d,α) reactions. When assigning Jπ to a level based on γ transitions from this level to a level of known Jπ, evaluators use the following rules: if Eγ<4 MeV, transitions are only considered to be E1,M1 or E2; if Eγ>4 MeV, M2 and E3 are considered to be possible.
T1/2(level): From (α,nγ) using DSAM (Doppler-Shift-Attenuation-Method) and/or (HI,xnγ) using RDM (Recoil-Distance-Method) and/or delayed coincidence method. Weighted average taken when available, unless otherwise noted.
M(γ): From (p,nγ) or 28Si(19F,2pnγ), unless otherwise stated. If T1/2 is unknown evaluators use d and Q, instead of M1 and E2, or, E1 and M2.
