E(level): Deduced by evaluators from a least-squares fit to γ-ray energies.
Jπ(level): From bands structure in (14C,2nγ) and (18O,α2nγ). The assignments up to Jπ=24+ have been confirmed by stretched Q and stretched d γ-ray transitions from γ(θ) experiments in (18O,α2nγ). In addition, arguments based on γ-ray multipolarities are given here.
