Prediction of first level isomeric half-lives of some even-even actinides

Abstract

Correlations were found between the first level (2+) isomeric half-lives and the atomic number. These correlations were found for actinide nuclei with a constant value of 2Z-N. The correlations were for 2Z-N=38, 40, 42, and 44. These correlations serve to predict the first energy level isomeric half-lives of some not yet measured actinide.
