E(level): Above 605+x keV from a least-squares fit to Eγ
Jπ(level): Based on deduced transition multipolarities using γ(θ) and α(K)exp (1981Th03), and angular correlation (1993Cl02); above E(10-), all states populated in the 203Tl(α,5nγ) and 196Pt(11B,5nγ) reactions favor yrast (high-spin) assignment.
