General Comments:

Levels: band(v) 9/2[624] band, α=-1/2. From (30Si,5nγ); upper two levels from (34S,5nγ) not adopted. First band crossing at h|w=0.30 MeV with alignment gain of 5.5~h. Second band crossing at h|w=0.44 MeV with alignment gain of ≈2.5~h attributed to 1/2[541] (π h9/2) quasiproton pair alignment (1992Bu14). See also the comment on this band’s signature partner.

Levels: band(w) 7/2[514] band, α=-1/2. Band crossing at h|w=0.27 MeV with alignment gain ≈11~h due to alignment of i13/2 neutron pair. See also the comment on this band’s signature partner.

Levels: band(y) 5/2[512] band, α=-1/2. Band crossing at h|w=0.23 MeV with alignment gain ≈8.5~h due to alignment of i13/2 neutron pair. Assignment supported by intraband transition B(M1)/B(E2) values.

Levels: band(z) 1/2[521] band, α=-1/2. Band crossing at h|w=0.26 MeV with alignment gain >8.5~h due to alignment of i13/2 neutron pair. See also the comment on this band’s signature partner.

Levels: J(Zz) Definite Jπ assigned to J|<33/2 members of g.s. band based on established Jπ=1/2- for g.s. and mult(86γ)=M1+E2 for J=3/2 to 1/2 transition, in addition to smooth progression of intraband transition energies.

E(level): Calculated by evaluator from a least-squares fit to Eγ, assigning ΔE=1 keV to adopted Eγ values which have no stated uncertainty.

Jπ(level): Assignments given without further comment are based on deduced rotational structure, taking into account γ-ray multipolarities and γ decay patterns, except as noted.

E(γ): Unless noted to the contrary, Eγ is taken from (16O,4nγ) if uncertainty is 0.3 keV, from (34S,5nγ) if uncertainty is 0.5 keV and from (30Si,5nγ) if uncertainty is unstated.

I(γ): Weighted average from (30Si,5nγ) and (34S,5nγ) (singles and coincidence data), except as noted.

M(γ): From directional correlation ratios in (30Si,5nγ), except as noted, with intraband transitions assigned Δπ=(no).
