E(level): Deduced by evaluator from a least-squares fit to adopted γ-ray energies. Levels without γ lines taken from 174Yb(n,γ) or 174Yb(d,p) or 176Yb(d,t) dataset in priority order respectively, when present.

Jπ(level): Jπ assignments are based on rotational structure, direct population by primary γ-ray in (n,γ), on L-transfer values, and on the agreement between calculated and experimental cross sections in particle-transfer reactions. Specific arguments are given with individual levels. Nilsson orbital assignments are based also on energy systematics of these orbitals in other odd-A Yb isotopes.

E(γ): From 1997Le11, except as noted.

M(γ): From conversion electron data in 174Yb(n,γ) E=thermal (1967Bo19), except as noted.
