E(level): From combined least-squares fit of levels and gammas in 173Hf ε decay, 173Yb(p,nγ), (d,2nγ), and 174Yb(p,2nγ), except where noted.
Jπ(level): From comparing 173Lu structure, as determined from Iγ(d,2nγ)/Iγ(p,nγ) ratios and fits of γ-ray cascades into 5 interconnected rotational bands, with expectations based on Nilsson-model calculations, including rotation-particle coupling, except where noted.
E(γ): From combined fit of levels and gammas in 173Hf ε decay, 173Yb(p,nγ), (d,2nγ), and 174Yb(p,2nγ), except where noted.
I(γ): Relative photon branching from each level (values deduced from combined analysis of branchings in 173Hf ε decay, 173Yb(p,nγ), (d,2nγ), and 174Yb(p,2nγ), except where noted). Upper limits are given for photon branchings affected by multiple placement.
