General Comments:

Modifications done July 20, 2020: 1. sign of quadrupole moment corrected and detailed comments for both the magnetic dipole moment and quadrupole moment given, with values taken from 2016St14 and 2019StZV for evaluated quadrupole moments and magnetic moments, respectively. 2. Ground-state half-life re-evaluated. 3. The Q values for decays, and particle-separation energies updated to those in 2017Wa10. 4. Conversion coefficients updated to BrIcc values.

Except for a neutron resonance paper, no other experimental structure or decay papers for 165Dy have appeared since the 2006 update.

Evaluator thanks Dr. James Cubiss (University of York, UK) and Dr. Anatoly Barzakh (PNPI, Gatchina) for their e-mail communications of July 10 and 12, 2020, pointing out the incorrect sign of Q in our 2006 evaluation, and for Dr. Barzakh’s comments about systematics of nuclear moments for n=99 isotones.
