General Comments:

Structure calculations: 1996Du06

α 6.5H activity was assigned to 163Tb from fission of uranium (1960Al33) and 164Dy(γ,p) (1962Ta12). 1957Fa48 tentatively assigned an activity of ≈8 h to 163Tb from the 160Gd(α,p) reaction. 1962Ta12 also report eight γ rays and four β transitions populating levels at 25, 74, 235, 335, and 510 in 163Dy. These results have not been confirmed in the later studies of 1966Fu08 and 1971Ka22 using the 164Dy(γ,p) and 163Dy(n,p) reactions. Thus, the assignment of a 6.5H activity to 163Tb is considered by the evaluators as doubtful.
