General Comments:

Levels: Two hyperdeformed bands were reported (1995La18) from particle-γγ coin. But in later higher statistics work (1996La23) the existence of these bands was disproved

Gammas: For unplaced γ’s see 147Tb ε decay (1.64 h), 147Sm(3He,3nγ), and IT decay (516 ns) datasets

Gammas: Unless otherwise specified α(K)exp and coin data taken are from 1982Ba46 and α(exp) values are from 2020Br06

Q-value: S(2n)=18573 20, S(2p)=9283.5 13 (2021Wa16)

E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s

Jπ(level): Based on measurements in 147Tb ε decay (1.64 h), 147Tb ε decay (1.83 min), 147Sm(3He,3nγ), 144Sm(α,nγ), 147Sm(α,4nγ) (first group), in IT decay (516 ns) (second group), and (HI,xnγ) (third group). The datasets in the first group contain levels from g.s. up to roughly the 27 ns isomer (27/2-, 3582 keV). Most of the levels in the second group are situated in between the 27 ns and the 516 ns isomers (49/2+, 8588 keV), while fewer data are reported in between g.s. and the 27 ns isomer. Finally, the third group contains the levels above the 516 ns isomer to highest excitation energy and spin (including the SD bands). In assigning Jπ values for second and third groups two arguments were applied. Firstly, as the multipolarities were mostly measured by γ(θ), their stretched (rather than non-stretched) character was established. Secondly, the spin values increase with excitation energy. These arguments were (rather tacitly) applied by authors (there is a general good agreement between different groups) and considered here, too. Specific arguments are listed in comments.

I(γ): Relative photon branching ratio for each level, normalized to 100 for the most intense transition. For SD bands values are relative intensities within each band

M(γ): Multipolarities of γ rays originating from levels up to and including 2765 keV are determined from γ(θ) and α(K)exp measurements in (3He,3nγ), unless otherwise noted. Between levels 2770-8587 keV, multipolarities are obtained from γ(θ) in (28Si,5nγ), α(K)exp in (16O,4nγ) and α(exp) in 76Ge(76Ge,5n) and are reported in the IT decay (516 ns) data set. Between 9000 and 11000 keV, multipolarities are from γ(θ) and T1/2 and are reported in the (HI,xnγ) data set. From 11930 keV and up, multipolarities are from γ(θ) in (HI,xnγ).
