E(level): From a least-squares fit to Eγ, by evaluator.

Jπ(level): Based mainly on γ(θ), γγ(θ)(DCO) and band associations in high-spin data. Explicit arguments provided in the comments. Parentheses have been added by the evaluator due to lack of unambiguous arguments for some Jπ assignments on the basis of available data.

T1/2(level): From RDM or DSAM in 110Pd(30Si,4nγ), except where noted.

M(γ): From γγ(θ)(DCO), γ(θ) and asymmetry ratios (at two angles) in high-spin studies. Mult=Q refers to ΔJ=2 transition and mult=d refers to ΔJ=1 transition.
