E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s
Jπ(level): From (7Li,5nγ) unless otherwise noted. The Jπ assignments in (7Li,5nγ) are based on the band structures and the assumptions that 1) the quadrupole transition and the dipole transition from DCO values are stretche E2 transition and M1+E2 transition, respectively and 2) the spin values increase with increasing excitation energy.
