The first observation of 108Sb is that by 1976Ox01, who produced the activity via 112Sn(p,5n) E(p)=65 MeV. The nuclidic assignment for the two observed γ’s was based only on comparison with γ’s from (HI,xnγ) reactions leading to 108Sn.
