Measurement of neutron capture on 136Xe

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 136Xe(n, γ), E=0.01 eV to 1 MeV; measured prompt Eγ, Iγ, multistep cascade (MSC) spectra using DANCE Los Alamos Neutron Science Center; deduced relative and absolute cross sections, neutron resonance at 2.154 keV, capture cascade γ-ray emission intensities by DICEBOX simulations. Comparison of measured cross section with previous experimental results, and with evaluated data in ENDF-B/VII.1 and JENDL-4.0.
