Higher-spin structures in 21F and 25Na

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(14C, np), E=30, 35, 45 MeV; 9Be(18O, np), E=35 MeV; measured Ep, Ip, Eγ, Iγ, pγ-, γγ-coin, γ(θ), level half-lives by DSAM using ΔE-E telescopes for particles and Compton-suppressed Ge detectors for γ rays at FSU tandem accelerator. 21F, 25Na; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity, B(M1), B(E1), B(E2). Comparison with previous experimental data, and with shell model calculations using USDA and WBP interactions.
