Method for the definitive detection of orbital angular momentum states in neutrons by spin-polarized ³He

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ³He(n, p)E = thermal; calculated difference σ caused by capture of neutrons with different polarizations, probability of compound states excitation in ⁴He with polarized neutron beam on polarized ³He target. Discussed the application for detecting neutron orbital angular momentum states.
