Elastic and inelastic 16O + 12C rainbow scattering within the coupled-channels mechanism

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 12C(16O, 16O), (16O, 16O'), E=181, 200, 260, 281, 608, 1503 MeV; analyzed experimental data for elastic and inelastic differential σ(θ, E) in the framework of Woods-Saxon (WS) and full cluster folded (DFC1) optical model potentials, and using the coupled-channel (CC) formalism; deduced best-fit parameters for WS potentials, and energy dependence of real and imaginary volume integrals of WS and DFC1 potentials, and that of the total reaction σ(E).
