Breakup threshold anomaly in the near-barrier elastic scattering of ⁶Li + ^{116, 112}Sn

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹²Sn(⁶Li, ⁶Li), (⁶Li, X), E=21, 23, 25, 35 MeV; ¹¹⁶Sn(⁶Li, ⁶Li), (⁶Li, X), E=20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 30, 35 MeV; measured ⁶Li spectra by E-ΔE method; deduced elastic scattering σ and total reaction σ. Optical model analysis with phenomenological Woods-Saxon potential. Comparison of reduced cross sections with reaction cross sections for several other systems. Presence of the breakup threshold anomaly.

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁸⁹Y(⁹Be, X), E=26.1-29.8 MeV; ¹²⁴Sn(⁹Be, X), E=28.1-34.7 MeV; ¹⁴⁴Sm(⁹Be, X), E=34.8-41.4 MeV; ²⁰⁸Pb(⁹Be, X), E=42.2-48.9 MeV; analyzed incomplete fusion (ICF) and total fusion (TF) probabilities. Coupled-channel calculations using the FRESCO computer code.
