Excitations in 208Pb Near E(x) = 5683 keV

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 208Pb(p, p'), E=22 MeV; 208Pb(α, α'), E=40 MeV; 207Pb(d, p), E=20 MeV; measured particle spectra, σ(θ). 208Pb deduced no evidence for two-phonon excitation.
