Comparison of measured photoabsorption cross sections with experimental values in 54Fe(γ, γ'), and with calculations using TALYS code as in the 2019 library, and from the three Lorentz functions (TLO). Comparison of B(M1) strengths with shell-model calculations using the jj44c Hamiltonian. Comparison of deduced photon strength functions with those from 64Ni(p, p'γ).
