NUCLEAR REACTIONS 13C(17O, 18O), 12C(18O, 18O), E=12 MeV/nucleon; measured particle spectra using multipole dipole-multipole (MDM) magnetic spectrometer, σ(θ) at Texas A and M facility. 18O; deduced levels, J, asymptotic normalization coefficients (ANCs) of ground state, first two 2+ states and first 4+ state. 17F(p, γ)18Ne, at T9=0.1-1; deduced reaction rates, astrophysical S factor from mirror analogy of states in 18O and 18Ne. Optical model parameters and DWBA analysis. Discussed production of 18F at stellar energies in ONe novae.
