Measurement of neutron multiplicity from fission of 228U and nuclear dissipation

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 209Bi(19F, X)228U, E=100, 104, 108, 112, 116 MeV; measured neutrons by tof and fission fragments; deduced pre-scission and post-scission neutron multiplicity spectra and total neutron multiplicities from the fission of compound nucleus 228U. Comparison with statistical model calculations using Bohr-Wheeler transition state fission width and Kramer dissipative dynamical fission width.
