Short-range correlations and momentum distributions in mirror nuclei 3H and 3He

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 3H, 3He; calculated binding energies, rms radii, one-body proton and neutron momentum distributions, ratios of proton to neutron for 3H and 3He as a function of momentum, two-body proton-neutron and neutron-neutron momentum distributions, ratios of pn to nn pairs for 3H and pn to pp pairs for 3He as function of the relative momentum, short range correlated (SRC) and non-SRC pn and nn(pp) pairs percentage and ratios of pn SRC pairs to nn(pp) SRC ones. Microscopic Gaussian expansion method (GEM). Comparison to experimental data.

Relevance to nucleosynthesis in standard Big Bang and stellar evolution, as well as in future fusion reactor designs.
