NUCLEAR REACTIONS 76Se(γ, γ'), E<9 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γ(θ), integrated σ using S-DALINAC facility at the TU Darmstadt. 76Se; deduced levels, J, π, B(E1), B(M1), level half-lives, reduced E1 strength distribution, candidates for 2+ and fragment of the 1+ mixed-symmetry states.
