Octupole Excitations in the N = 85 Lanthanides

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴⁸Nd(α, 5n), E=68 MeV; ¹³⁸Ba(¹³C, 4n), E=55 MeV; ¹³⁶Xe(¹³C, 4n), E=55 MeV; measured γγ-coin. ¹⁴⁵Nd, ¹⁴⁷Sm deduced high-spin levels, J, π, double octupole-phonon states.
