Beta Counting System (BCS) at NSCL and SEGA array. Maximum likelihood and least-squares analyses for half-lives. Comparison of measured half-lives with QRPA calculations used in r process, and with previous measurements. Role of g9/2 proton and h11/2 neutron intruders. No evidence of N=56 subshell closure in 90Se. Relevance to r-process nuclei.
