NUCLEAR REACTIONS 207Pb(18O, 4n), E=96 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (evaporation residues)γ-coin, γ(θ) using Gammasphere and HERCULES detector arrays at ATLAS-ANL facility. 221Th; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, multipolarity, mixing ratio, bands, alternating-parity sequences and multiple octupole structures, B(E1)/B(E2) and B(M1)/B(E2) ratios, alignment plots. Systematics of octupole structures, parity splitting, and other properties in 218,219,220,221,222Ra, 219,220,221,222,223,224Th.
