Coulomb Excitation of ^180mTa and Its Consequences for a Possible s-Process Production

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁸⁰Ta(¹³⁶Xe, ¹³⁶Xe'), E=4 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, (particle)γ-coin following Coulomb excitation; deduced intermediate state related features in ^180mTa excitation. ¹⁸⁰Ta deduced possible levels. Astrophysical implications.
