Measurement of mass-angle and mass-total kinetic energy distributions from the fission of 190Pt compound nucleus

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 178Hf(12C, X)190Pt, E=60-88.2 MeV; measured reaction products, fission fragments; deduced excitation energies, excitation energy at saddle point, measured mean mass-total kinetic energy (TKE), dependence of mean mass ratio as a function of mean center of mass emission angle, mass-energy correlations, TKE distributions are well described with the single Gaussian fits. The General Purpose Scattering Chamber facility at Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi.

Neutron emission in 19F-induced reactions

Comparison with theoretical cross sections from the nuclear reaction code ALICE2014 with two density models. Comparison of experimental n(θ) with theoretical calculations using statistical model code Projection Angular-Momentum Coupled Evaporation (PACE4) and ALICE2014.

Comparison with theoretical calculations using the hybrid Monte Carlo simulation model and ALICE2014 code with different level density models. Best agreement with Obninsk level densities.
