Comparisons with coupled-channels calculations using the CCFULL code, including 2+ and 3- excited states of 116Sn, and 2+ excited state of 18O; analyzed systematics of reduced fusion excitation functions of 112,116Sn, 112Cd(16O, X) and 116Sn, 148Nd, 92Mo, 74Ge(18O, X) reactions at sub-barrier energies.
