Pointed out signature of the formation of a long-lived orbiting-like dinuclear system at high excitation energies (40-60 MeV) from light-particle emission studies of α-like nuclei. Ball of 8πLP consisting of 125 ΔE-E Si-CsI telescope coupled to an PPAC evaporation residue detector tandem accelerator of Laboratori Nazionli di Legnaro (LNL).
