Nonequilibrium kinetic freeze-out properties in relativistic heavy ion collisions from energies employed at the RHIC beam energy scan to those available at the LHC

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Au(Au, X), E=7.7, 11.5, 19.6, 27, 39, 62.4, 200 GeV; Pb(Pb, X), E=2.76, 5.02 TeV; analyzed experimental data for transverse momentum spectra of the identified hadrons from STAR and PHENIX collaborations at RHIC, BNL, and from ALICE collaboration at LHC, CERN using Boltzmann-Gibbs blast-wave (BGBW) and Tsallis blastwave (TBW) fits; deduced kinetic freeze-out parameters in heavy ion collisions of different centralities for charged pions, kaons, and protons, including strange and multistrange particles.
