Radiative ³He(²H, γ)⁵Li capture at astrophysical energy and its role in accumulation of 6Li at the BBN

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ³H(³He, γ)⁶Li;³He(d, γ)⁵Li;⁵Li(n, γ)⁶Li, E=0-5 MeV (T below 10 GK); calculated, analyzed reaction rates; deduced assumption that two-step processes ³He(d, γ)⁵Li+γ and ⁵Li(n, γ)⁶Li+γ can make a significant contribution to ⁶Li formation at Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) at least at temperatures of the order of 1 GK; calculated total σ, astrophysical S-factor, reaction rates using modified potential cluster model with forbidden states; deduced parameters using comparison to data, presented updated compilation for ^3He(d, γ)⁵Li.
