Radiative 3He(2H, γ)5Li capture at astrophysical energy and its role in accumulation of 6Li at the BBN

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 3H(3He, γ)6Li;3He(d, γ)5Li;5Li(n, γ)6Li, E=0-5 MeV (T below 10 GK); calculated, analyzed reaction rates; deduced assumption that two-step processes 3He(d, γ)5Li+γ and 5Li(n, γ)6Li+γ can make a significant contribution to 6Li formation at Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) at least at temperatures of the order of 1 GK; calculated total σ, astrophysical S-factor, reaction rates using modified potential cluster model with forbidden states; deduced parameters using comparison to data, presented updated compilation for 3He(d, γ)5Li.
