Inclusive production of charged pion pairs in proton-antiproton collisions

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹H(p-bar, π⁺π^-X), E transverse momentum of 1-7 GeV/c; calculated higher-twist (HT) and lower-twist (LT) contributions to pion pair production σ(E), ratios σ(HT)/σ(LT), and sum of HT+LT contributions using the frozen coupling constant approach with various pion distribution amplitudes. Relevance to theoretical interpretations of the future PANDA experimental data.
