Search for Enhanced Octupole Correlations in ⁶⁵Ge

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁴⁰Ca(²⁸Si, n2p), E=93 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γ(θ). ⁴⁰Ca(³¹P, npα), E=115 MeV; measured γ linear polarization. ⁶⁵Ge deduced high-spin levels, J, π, δ, γ-branching ratios.
