E(level): Deduced by the evaluator from a least square fit to the γ-ray energies, except where otherwise noted.

Jπ(level): Above 1770 level, spin-parity assignments are from (13C,4nγ) - 2018Pa04, based on proposed γ multipolarity from measured γ(θ) data and deduced total conversion coefficients.
