Jπ(level): In addition to the specific arguments given for each assignment, the sequence of increasing spins has been established in 198Pt(18O,5nγ), 205Tl(11B,5nγ) experiments with excitation function measurements. Assignments for high-spin levels (J>21/2) are from 1993Da10, based on ce data, γ(θ) and the increasing spin sequence with excitation energy. Configurations given are from 1993Da10 and 1981Po08 in 198Pt(18O,5nγ) and 205Tl(11B,5nγ).

T1/2(level): From γ(t) data in 198Pt(18O,5nγ), 205Tl(11B,5nγ) for all excited states.
