E(level): From least square fit to Eγ’s. ΔE=0.5 keV assumed for gamma energies from (HI,xnγ), and from (d,3nγ) when uncertainties are not specified.

Jπ(level): Jπ and Nilsson orbital assignments are based on rotational structure and γ-ray decay patterns, on the energy systematics of Nilsson orbitals in other odd-Re isotopes, and on the comparison of spectroscopic factors in (3He,d) and (α,t) with values calculated using the DWBA approximation and Nilsson’s model. Specific arguments are presented with individual levels.

M(γ): From 185Os ε decay and from Coulomb excitation, except as noted.
