General Comments:

Other reactions:

181Ta(α,n), Eα=12, 13, 13.9 MeV (1998Sc36). The observed 184Re yields showed large discrepancies for different irradiation times. Authors interpreted this as evidence for the existence of an otherwise unknown isomer of 184Re with T1/2≈2 h.

W(3He,t), E=200 MeV (1991Ja04): natural W target; unresolved triton groups to IAS from constituent isotopes dominated by that for α=184; deduced Q(IAS)=16904 16 and Coulomb displacement energy=17668 16 for E=15404 16 IAS.
