E(level): From least-squares fit to adopted Eγ, assigning 1 keV uncertainty to data for which the authors did not state an uncertainty, and omitting the 691γ and 1614γ, each of which fits its placement poorly.
Jπ(level): Jπ assignments given without comment are based on deduced band structure.
T1/2(level): From (34S,4nγ) (1986Ga21), recoil distance measurement, except as noted.
